1. Dean – Faculty of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences
Qualification Criteria:
- Applicants must hold the rank of Professor with a Ph.D. in Pharmacy or a related discipline recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of academic and research experience at an HEC-recognized university or postgraduate institution,
OR - At least 10 years of post-Ph.D. academic/research experience with demonstrated contributions in educational leadership.
Research Publications:
- A minimum of 15 research publications, with at least 5 published in the last 5 years in HEC-recognized W or X category journals.
Preferred Attributes and Skills:
- Exposure to international academic environments (including teaching, research, or collaborations).
- Proven global research impact, such as citations, participation in international projects, or conferences.
- Experience working in multicultural academic settings.
2. Professor – Faculty of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences
Qualification Criteria:
- Ph.D. in any of the following disciplines:
- Pharmacy Practice
- Pharmaceutics
- Pharmaceutical Chemistry
- Pharmacology
- Pharmacognosy
- Or a related field from an HEC or internationally recognized institution.
- The applicant must meet the HEC criteria for appointment as Professor.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of academic and research experience in an HEC-recognized university or postgraduate institution,
OR - At least 10 years of post-Ph.D. academic/research experience with demonstrated educational leadership.
Research Publications:
- A minimum of 15 research publications, with at least 5 published in the last 5 years in HEC-recognized W or X category journals.
Preferred Attributes and Skills:
- International academic exposure in teaching, research, or collaborations.
- Strong global research impact, evident through citations, international presentations, and research collaborations.
- Comfortable in multicultural academic environments.
