1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance
- Age limit: Maximum 50 years at the time of application
2. Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Additional certifications in cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise architecture are an advantage
- Age limit: Maximum 50 years
3. Chief Product Officer (CPO)
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant experience in product management, design, or development
- Certifications in related fields are a plus
- Age limit: Maximum 50 years
4. Company Secretary
- Qualifications:
- LLB/LLM or graduate in Finance/Business or related fields
- Membership of a recognized professional body such as ICSP is preferred
- Age limit: Maximum 50 years
5. Internal Auditor
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Master’s or certifications like CIA, CPA, CISA are an added advantage
- Age limit: Maximum 50 years
